⁠Graphiti for PentAGI

Knowledge graph server that PentAGI⁠ uses to remember hosts, services, vulnerabilities and the relations between them across a flow. Built from Graphiti⁠ by Zep for use with PentAGI.

⁠Run with PentAGI

Use docker-compose-graphiti.yml from the PentAGI repository together with the main compose file:

docker compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose-graphiti.yml up -d

⁠Image

• Port 8000, health check at /healthcheck
• Needs Neo4j 5: NEO4J_URI, NEO4J_USER, NEO4J_PASSWORD, NEO4J_DATABASE
• Model provider: LLM_CLIENT_TYPE (openai, gemini, litellm or custom) with its base URL and API key; separate embeddings with SEPARATE_EMBEDDING, EMBEDDING_MODEL, EMBEDDING_URL, EMBEDDING_KEY
• Model presets are read from the mounted configs directory
